The location for Akrotiri was stunning and great, near to Akrotiri, city 20mins away from the capital Fira, the Volcano and the Caldera and the beaches and the lighthouse. The breakfast was delicious and sensational for western Europeans and the food was nice.

Double room with great views. Lovely food and warm drinks. Exceptional stuff members from the cleaning lady to Spiro's the Manager, marvellous location. Fabulous restaurant not very far from the hotel.

During our recent stay at Apanemo Hotel & Suites, we were blown away by the incredible views from our room. It was truly enchanting to wake up and take in the breathtaking panorama of the island. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort throughout our stay. They provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine as a warm welcome and their knowledge about the island helped us explore the best attractions and restaurants. The breakfast spread, made with fresh and local ingredients, was absolutely delicious. The hotel even accommodated our early departure by opening the breakfast 30 minutes early. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation services and saved us time by driving us to the rental car office and then to the port for our ferry. The rooms, pool, and grounds were immaculate, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. I will definitely recommend Apanemo Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting the island for an unforgettable experience.

Apanemo owners and staff were second to none in their friendliness and helpfulness. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated us and our young son impeccably. They gave us a larger room so little one had space to run around- something we didn't think of but were very grateful they did. The hospitality offered by the Greek owners is second to none. The hotel has 25 rooms and is in a wonderful location and has a view that is second to none. The rooms are great, comfortable and quiet, ask for a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper but it is not a real problem as traffic is light at night. All rooms have a great view. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty to choose from, the tomato balls and doughnuts are especially delicious. The housekeeping staff clean each day and we always found our room spotless. This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, I cannot praise it enough. If you want to get out and about you will probably need to hire a car or like us go for a quad bike, Spiros will be happy to arrange the hire and delivery to the hotel. A quad bike gives you access to places that other vehicles may not be able to reach.
